Book an Appointment
Hi Motion Lab Family,
We would like to introduce the newest member to the medical crew - Dr. Georgia Wilder. Dr. Wilder’s passion for chiropractic care was ignited early on, following her own rehabilitation from injuries sustained while playing competitive soccer. Dr. Wilder has a special interest in sports-related, foot and ankle injuries. As a certified Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Bootcamp practitioner, Dr. Wilder brings specialized expertise to her practice.
Other neat things are happening over at the Lab:
- Facial Acupuncture also known as cosmetic acupuncture is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. Fine needles are strategically placed in these acupoints to improve the flow of energy within the face. Benefits include reducing signs of aging (enhance circulation and collagen production), improving overall wellness by reducing stress, improving mood and sleep, and enhancing digestion.
- Compression Stockings and Socks have arrived! Please inquire and quiz our Chiropractors about them! There are numerous benefits, and most Insurance benefits will cover a couple pairs a year.
- Hyaluronic acid injection (HLA) and Prolotherapy by our superb Naturopath, Dr. Derek Hsueh. HLA Injections are useful for joint pain caused by Osteoarthritis and can help lubricate the joint, helping it function smoothly. Prolotherapy is an excellent choice for pain relief. It is an injection treatment and can help jumpstart your body’s natural healing abilities. Please ask our front desk for a free consultation appointment!
- Mat Pilates (non-reformer)
You make every day meaningful for us, and we’re excited to have 365 (realistically 330) more of them with you!
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees will be applied after the second infraction. Our Clinic will do our best to accommodate patients, but we ask everyone to be fair and reasonable, and to let us know for at least 24 hours if they are unable to attend their appointment. Thank you!

Chiropractic
Chiropractic medicine focuses on disorders related to the spine, nervous system, and joints. Chiropractic manipulation or adjustments treat areas of decreased movement in the joints to reduce pain, dysfunction, and muscular spasm. Chiropractic services include treatment of the following:
Neck and back pain, headaches, soft tissue injuries, sport-related injuries, and disorders of the spine.
Chiropractic medicine is a proven, effective, and safe form of treatment for conditions affecting the muscle and skeletal systems in the body.
Chiropractors are highly trained primary health care providers who integrate standard medical diagnostics with a broad range of conservative treatments.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the oldest and most commonly used medical procedures in the world and has proven benefits for recovering from illness and injury. It can help alleviate symptoms of arthritis, sciatica, back pain, bursitis and neuropathy, among many other conditions.
The technique involves inserting thin, disposable needles into specific acupuncture points throughout the body. The needles may be manipulated by the hands or by an electrical stimulation. Most people find acupuncture relaxing and experience minimal discomfort.
Acupuncture can be used as an individual therapy or combined successfully with other forms of conservative care such as Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. Sessions usually last between 30 to 60 minutes. Relief may be immediate or occur within a few hours or days following treatment.
Let us help you restore balance and mobility in your body.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a unique healthcare discipline that harmonizes the insights of natural wisdom with the advancement of modern medicine. Naturopathic Doctors (ND) are trained as primary care physicians who diagnose, treat, and manage diseases. NDs approach patient treatment by addressing the root cause of symptoms from a whole-person lens, focusing on body, mind, and spirit. Naturopathic Doctors receive training in pharmacology, Traditional Chinese medicine, botanical medicine, nutrition, sports medicine, and many other modalities. This allows for individualized treatment, tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is used to help manage health and enhance wellness. A registered massage therapist manipulates the soft tissues of your body — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. The massage therapist uses varying degrees of pressure and movement during the treatment. Massage therapy can help reduce stress, decrease pain and muscle tension, increase circulation, improve relaxation and restore function in the body.
The Motion Lab offers a diverse selection of massages including Swedish, deep tissue, fascial release, orthopedic, sport, and relaxation.
Fees include GST.
IV and IM Therapies: Energy, Metabolism, and Immunity
Many nutrients can be delivered intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM) for higher dosages and better absorption. Each IV bag can be personalized according to the patient’s goals. We have IVs for weight loss, immune function, brain health, improved energy, concussion, and many more.
For muscle injections, we have an energy booster, B12 shot and a vitamin D shot.
Kinesiology / Athletic Therapy
Kinesiology is the science of human movement, performance, and function. Kinesiologists are healthcare professionals with expert knowledge of the role your body mechanics play in preventing and managing injury, chronic disease, disability, and overall performance.
Kinesiologists also focus on health promotion, ergonomics, fitness training, and return to work strategies.
Additionally, Kinesiologists will work with you in developing a customized treatment plan based on your current needs, helping you achieve your goals. You will also receive at-home exercises to complement your treatment sessions.
