Hi Motion Lab Family,

We are excited to announce 2 new services for the Spring:

Class 4 Laser Therapy and Compression Stockings are coming soon and will be provided by the Chiropractor or Physiotherapist!

Laser therapy provides a non-drug alternative for the management of chronic and acute pain. Over time, it has become a gold standard of care for a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries. Laser therapy produces therapeutic effects by utilizing specific wavelengths of light (red and near-infrared). Additionally, Class 4 Laser Therapy stimulates the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is responsible for many cellular processes. This increased ATP production contributes to the acceleration of the healing process within cells.

Laser Therapy can treat muscular spasms and pain, soft tissue edema and swelling, and wound healing. With a growing body of scientific evidence, laser therapy is an effective add-on treatment for a multitude of conditions – enabling patients to recover, rehabilitate faster and with reduced pain. Most sessions last between 2 and 10 minutes, allowing us to treat injured tissue in multiple areas in a single session, thereby improving your results.

In May, there will be a slight increase in fees for Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Naturopathic services. The Motion Lab is continuously evolving and striving to improve our services. The price increase will help us to introduce new features, tools, and products to serve you better.

You make every day meaningful for us, and we’re excited to have 365 (realistically 330) more of them with you!

Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees will be applied after the second infraction. Our Clinic will do our best to accommodate patients, but we ask everyone to be fair and reasonable, and to let us know for more than 24 hours if they are unable to attend their appointment.

The technique involves inserting thin, disposable needles into specific acupuncture points throughout the body. The needles may be manipulated by the hands or by an electrical stimulation. Most people find acupuncture relaxing and experience minimal discomfort.

Acupuncture can be used as an individual therapy or combined successfully with other forms of conservative care such as Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. Sessions usually last between 30 to 60 minutes. Relief may be immediate or occur within a few hours or days following treatment.
